The best European specialist of chocolate and caramel, champion of Europe in 2010-2011 – Mr. Stefano Fantozzi visited Tbilisi, who was invited by association “Georgia for Friends”. Mr. Fantozzi is the owner of Grand Prix. He held master classes of making chocolate and caramel for the students of ,,Icaros”, faculty of Culinary. Also, on 11th of February, he held Gala Show of sweets in the restaurant “Bed Lounge”
